Want to feel fitter, stay as healthy as you can, and make the most of life? This section of the website contains information about how NHS Bolton works to improve the health of Bolton, and how you can play your part in looking after yourself and your family.
Improving health is not something the NHS can achieve on its own. We work in partnership with many other organisations and individuals, including schools and colleges, parents, Bolton Council, voluntary groups, local employers and others who all have a role to play.
Carers who look after close friends or relatives are also important partners and need to care for their own health too. There's lots of advice available at www.nhs.uk/carersdirect. Local support is available from Bolton Carers Support.
