    Get Active - What is Get Active?

     

    Get Active is a Community Physical Activity Programme for Over 45's in Bolton and aim to encourage people to increase their levels of Physical Acitivity in with the national recommended guidelines of at least 5 x 30 minutes per week.

     

    The Get Active team work in 11 areas accross Bolton, these include:

     

    Washacre, Johnson Fold, Hulton, Hall'ith'wood, Farnworth, Great Lever, Halliwell, Crompton, Rumworth, Breightmet, Tonge & The Haulgh.

     

     Existing Get Active Sessions include:

    Salsa, Gym sessions, Boxing sessions, Keep fit classes, Pilates, Yoga, Gentle Stretch and Exercise, Dancing, Bowls, Tai Chi, off road bike and many more...

    Come along to one of our sessions and we will make it worth your while!! Alternatively, visit the activity search to see what's available.

    Who Are Get Active

     

    The Get Active team develop phycial activity opportunities for all Bolton residents over the age of 45. We provide sessions at a reduced cost within the heart of local communities.
