NHS Bolton has a Patient Advice and Liaison Service to answer your queries and resolve problems before they become serious complaints.
We continually review our services to improve the care we offer to patients. We learn lessons as a result of complaint investigations and significant incidents and will work closely with colleagues from other NHS providers to improve patient care pathways where appropriate.
