In 2009 NHS Bolton was rated "good"  for use of resources and "fair" for quality of care in our annual healthcheck by the Care Quality Commission . 

This compares with an assessment of "good" in both categories in 2008. 

However, standards had been raised, and new categories added in 2009.

Monthly performance reports are submitted to our board.

We also use feedback from patients and the public to assess our performance. Board reports on patient feedback will also be available on this site.
