The aim of this section of the website is to increase awareness of the progress being made in improving Palliative and EoLC across Bolton as well as being an education and training resource.
The website is aimed at all health and social care staff who care for individuals approaching the end of their lives as well as those working within traditional palliative care areas
The key objective of the End of Life Care programme (EoLC) is, 'to offer all adult patients nearing the end of life, regardless of their diagnosis, the choice and access to high quality end of life care'
